Ordering & choosing

Can you help me choose the right product?
Absolutely. Every collection page has a short buyer's guide to help you compare options, and you're welcome to email us at hello@aurelinewellness.com with your space, your routine, and what you're trying to create — we'll point you to pieces that fit.

How do I place an order?
Add your item to the cart and check out securely on-site. We accept all major credit cards and the payment options shown at checkout. If you have questions before buying, just reach out first — we're happy to help you decide.

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
Yes — for wholesale, trade, or partnership enquiries, email partnerships@aurelinewellness.com.

Shipping & delivery

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within the continental United States — it's already included in the price. Large items ship via LTL freight; smaller accessories ship by standard parcel carriers. International orders are available with a flat surcharge starting at $2,999 — contact us for a quote.

How long until my order arrives?
Lead times vary by category: indoor saunas and cold plunges typically arrive in 15–30 business days; outdoor cedar saunas are made to order and typically take 15–60 business days; small accessories usually ship within 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

How are large items delivered?
Saunas, cold plunges, and other large items ship by LTL freight with curbside or driveway delivery — the carrier drops the crate at the end of your driveway or at the curb. If you'd like help planning placement, just ask.

Do you offer white-glove delivery?
On eligible saunas and plunges, we can coordinate white-glove service — delivery, placement, assembly, and removal of an old unit — so the day it arrives feels effortless. Ask us before ordering to confirm availability for your item and location.

Installation & setup

Do I need professional installation?
Many of our products are designed for straightforward setup, but the electrical (and any plumbing) work is best handled by a licensed professional. We provide spec sheets for every product and can recommend licensed installers in your area — just email hello@aurelinewellness.com.

What are the electrical requirements?
Most saunas and hot tubs run on a dedicated circuit rather than a standard household outlet. The exact requirement is on each product's spec sheet, which we provide — and we can recommend a licensed installer in your area to handle the wiring. We recommend confirming your home's setup before delivery.

Can you help me plan the space?
Yes. From spec to install, we can help you think through space, electrics, drainage, and finishes, so a one-off purchase becomes a wellness space that actually works. Email hello@aurelinewellness.com to talk it through.

Returns & warranty

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@aurelinewellness.com with your order number first — returns sent without prior authorization can't be accepted. Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories and manuals. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility; for freight items we'll arrange authorized LTL pickup.

Are any items non-returnable?
Yes — custom-configured or made-to-order items (most outdoor cedar saunas), anything marked "final sale" or "clearance," and items that have been installed, modified, or used.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. Our products come with manufacturer warranties, and warranty cards are included in the box. If you ever need to make a claim, email us and we'll help you through it.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If there's any visible damage to the crate or product, note it with the carrier and contact us right away at hello@aurelinewellness.com — we'll make it right.
