Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, dealers, or distributors without prior approval.
Lead times and shipping estimates are provided in good faith based on manufacturer and carrier information but are not guaranteed. Most freight-shipped items take 15–60 business days; see our Shipping Policy for details.
Product information and use
We make every effort to display product information, images, dimensions, and specifications accurately. However, slight variations in color, finish, or grain (especially in natural wood products) are normal and not considered defects.
Wellness disclaimer: The products sold on Aureline Wellness are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy, or other wellness equipment.
Warranties
Warranty coverage varies by product and is detailed on each product page. Most Aureline products carry a manufacturer warranty of 1–5 years against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranties do not cover normal wear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, commercial use (unless specified), or damage from external factors like weather, fire, or pests.
To file a warranty claim, email hello@aurelinewellness.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureline Wellness, its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or our products, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, loss of profits, or loss of data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our Services or products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
