At Aureline Wellness, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our wellness and recovery products, including oversized freight items and manufacturer-direct shipments, please review our policies carefully before placing an order.

Shipping & Delivery

At Aureline Wellness, we work with trusted freight carriers and manufacturer partners to deliver home saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy devices, float pods, and wellness accessories throughout the United States. This Shipping & Delivery policy explains what to expect from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your home.


Because many of our products are large, premium wellness items, delivery timelines and shipping procedures differ from those of traditional ecommerce orders. Our Shipping & Delivery process is designed to ensure your order arrives safely while providing clear communication throughout every stage of fulfillment.

 

Whether you’re purchasing a compact indoor sauna, an outdoor cedar sauna, a cold plunge, or a smaller wellness accessory, this page outlines lead times, freight delivery procedures, white-glove service options, shipping costs, and important information about receiving your order.

Aureline Wellness ships across the United States via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight carriers for large items, and standard parcel carriers for smaller accessories. Below is what to expect at every stage.

Processing & lead times

Lead times vary by product category:

  • Indoor infrared saunas (Lumin) and cold plunges (Orivon): typically 15–30 business days from order to delivery.
  • Outdoor cedar saunas (Auris): typically 15–60 business days. Cedar saunas are made-to-order; if you've selected a heater configuration or professional installation, it adds to the lead time.
  • Small wellness accessories: typically ship within 3–7 business days.

These windows include order processing, manufacturer dispatch, transit to our US warehouse where applicable, and final freight delivery. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery method

Large products (saunas, cold plunges, fire features) ship via LTL freight. Standard freight delivery is curbside or driveway — the carrier will drop the crate at the end of your driveway or at curbside, and you are responsible for moving it from there.

If you'd like the carrier to bring the product inside, position it in a specific room, or remove the packaging, you can add white-glove delivery at checkout where available. For very large items like outdoor cedar saunas, we recommend white-glove or hiring local help — these crates can exceed 1,000 lbs.

Receiving your delivery

Before signing for any freight delivery, please:

  • Inspect the crate and packaging for visible damage.
  • Photograph any damage to the packaging or product before unloading.
  • Note all visible damage on the carrier's bill of lading (BOL) before signing.
  • Refuse delivery only if the product is severely damaged — otherwise, accept the delivery with notes and contact us immediately.

If you discover damage after the driver leaves, email hello@aurelinewellness.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for free replacement.

Shipping costs

US shipping is included in the price of every Aureline product unless otherwise noted on the product page.

International shipping is available to most countries via freight. International orders incur a flat freight surcharge starting at $2,999, depending on destination and item size. Email hello@aurelinewellness.com for a quote before ordering.

Rescheduling & missed deliveries

Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. If you need to reschedule, contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. Missed appointments may incur a re-delivery fee charged by the carrier.
