Shipping Policy

At Aureline Wellness, we partner with trusted manufacturers and freight carriers to ensure your wellness products arrive safely and efficiently.

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, including saunas, cold plunges, and wellness equipment, most orders are delivered via freight carrier.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery is curbside or driveway delivery unless otherwise specified.

White-glove delivery, installation, or in-home setup services may be available for select products at an additional cost.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, and delivery location.

Shipping rates may vary by product and destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated prior to shipment.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your shipment arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.
