At Aureline Wellness, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our wellness and recovery products, including oversized freight items and manufacturer-direct shipments, please review our policies carefully before placing an order.

Return & Refund Policy

At Aureline Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products and a premium customer experience.

Due to the nature of many of our products and manufacturer policies, certain items may be non-returnable once shipped.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Items must be in new and resellable condition
  • Return authorization must be approved prior to shipping

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Installed or assembled items
  • Clearance or final sale products

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
