At Aureline Wellness, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our wellness and recovery products, including oversized freight items and manufacturer-direct shipments, please review our policies carefully before placing an order.

Return & Refund Policy

At Aureline Wellness, we want you to feel confident when purchasing a home sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy device, float pod, or wellness accessory. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, and damaged shipments are handled so you know exactly what to expect before placing an order.

 

Many of our products are large, freight-shipped wellness items that require special handling and coordination with manufacturers and carriers. Because of this, return procedures may differ from those of traditional retail products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines eligibility requirements, return timeframes, restocking fees, freight return procedures, and refund processing timelines.

At Aureline Wellness, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Below is what to expect if you need to return a product.

Return window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@aurelinewellness.com with your order number and reason for return before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and in original, unopened condition.
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
  • Free of damage from misuse, installation attempts, or modifications.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-configured or made-to-order items (most outdoor cedar saunas).
  • Items marked "final sale" or "clearance" on the product page.
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used.

Returning large freight items

Saunas, cold plunges, and other freight-shipped items require special handling:

  • Once your return is authorized, we will arrange LTL freight pickup with our carrier — please don't book your own freight.
  • You must re-crate the product in its original packaging. If the original packaging was discarded, a re-crating fee may apply.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer and is deducted from your refund. Freight return costs typically range from $400–$1,200 depending on item size and destination.
  • A restocking fee of 15% of the product price applies to all freight returns, reflecting our manufacturer's restocking policy.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • 5–10 business days for inspection and processing.
  • 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method after we process it.

Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged, photograph the damage and email hello@aurelinewellness.com within 48 hours of delivery. Damage claims reported within this window are covered at no cost to you — we'll arrange a replacement or repair through the manufacturer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no cost before they enter production or ship. Once an order has been dispatched from the manufacturer, standard return policies apply.
