Infrared or traditional?
Infrared saunas warm you with a gentle, dry heat at lower air temperatures, and many simply plug in. Traditional saunas use a heater and stones for a hotter, more humid, classic experience.

Indoor or outdoor?
Indoor cabins suit a spare room, bathroom, or home gym. Outdoor cedar saunas are built to weather the seasons and become a garden centrepiece — most are made to order.

How many people?

Smaller units run on a standard household outlet; larger ones need a dedicated 240V circuit fitted by a licensed electrician. The requirement is listed on every product page.
