Do I need a professional to install it?
It's a two-person, few-hour assembly of pre-finished panels with basic tools — no crane or contractor required. The one exception is the heater: the 9kW Harvia Virta runs on a dedicated 240V, 40-amp circuit and must be connected by a licensed electrician.

What kind of floor does it need?
It sits directly on your existing floor, which must be level and water-resistant. Concrete, ceramic tile, vinyl, or laminate all work. If your current flooring doesn't meet those requirements, an alternative foundation may be needed.

Can I choose which side the door is on?
