Is the Frost cold-only, or can it heat too?
The integrated 1HP chiller maintains temperatures from 37°F to 108°F (3–42°C), so the same tub works for an invigorating cold plunge or a restorative warm soak.

Do I need an electrician or plumber to install it?
No plumbing is required — the Frost is a freestanding, plug-and-play tub. It runs on 110V 60Hz or 220V 50Hz · 12A; simply fill it, plug it in, and set your temperature.

Can it go indoors or outdoors?
Both — the Frost is designed for indoor or outdoor wellness spaces, from a poolside terrace to a calm indoor retreat.

How do I change the water?
Emptying and refilling is straightforward with the included drainage hose, and the insulated cover protects the water between sessions.

How often does the water need to be changed?
With proper sanitization (ozone, UV, or chemical), water can be maintained for 4–8 weeks between full changes. The 2-jet circulation system supports consistent chemical distribution. A maintenance schedule is included with your unit.

What is the difference between the Black, White, and Metallic Frost models?
All three Orivon Frost models share identical chiller specs, temperature range, and construction. The difference is finish only — Black, White, and Metallic — allowing you to match your wellness space aesthetic without compromising on performance.

How does delivery work?
It ships via LTL freight from our US warehouse with curbside delivery included. Typical lead time is 15–30 business days, and you'll receive tracking by email once it's on its way. Please ensure a clear path from the truck to your installation site.

How long should a cold plunge session last?
Start small. Most people begin with 1–3 minutes and build up gradually over weeks as their body adapts — consistency matters far more than duration, and a few minutes is enough for that unmistakable post-plunge clarity. What does the warranty cover?
The 1-year comprehensive warranty covers manufacturing defects in the shell, chiller unit, jets, and electrical components. Defective units are repaired or replaced at no cost. Claims require photos and proof of purchase, and transit-damage claims must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
