Do I need an electrician to install the Lumin Two?
No. The Lumin Two is a plug-and-play design (110V / 220V) that connects to a standard outlet — there's no hardwiring to arrange. (The manufacturer notes only that its larger models may require a dedicated circuit.)

Is infrared heat harsh or drying?
No — the far-infrared system delivers even, deep-penetrating heat without the dryness of traditional saunas. The warmth builds steadily around you, making sessions easy to settle into.

Is the heater included, or sold separately?
It's included. The far-infrared heating panels arrive factory-installed, along with the touchscreen panel, built-in speakers, oxygen ionizer, and USB/FM audio system — everything is ready to use once the sauna is plugged in.

Is any assembly required?
No. The hemlock cabin arrives pre-assembled and setup requires no tools.

What should I expect on delivery day?
Your sauna arrives on an LTL freight truck with curbside delivery included. You'll receive tracking by email in advance — just make sure there's a clear path from the truck to your installation site.

How long does the sauna take to heat up?
Far-infrared saunas warm the body directly rather than heating a large volume of air, so sessions start sooner than with a traditional stove — most far-infrared cabins are ready in around 15–20 minutes, though exact times vary with room temperature. Many people step in as the cabin warms and let the session build.
