Ships via LTL freight from our US warehouse for a flat $250 US shipping fee. Typical lead time is 15–30 business days. You'll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way. Curbside delivery is included — please ensure a clear path from the truck to your installation site.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return freight ($400–$1,200) is paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee applies.

Warranty excludes normal wear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, commercial use (unless specified), and damage from external factors such as weather, fire, or pests.
