What's the difference between the infrared and steam modes?
Infrared mode uses carbon fiber panels to warm your body directly with a gentle, dry heat at lower air temperatures. Steam mode warms the whole cabin with traditional, humid heat. The Luma lets you switch between the two, so you can match the experience to your mood.

Should I choose infrared or steam?

Does it have red light?

How long does the sauna take to heat up?
