Description
There's a point where a light panel stops being something you hold a body part up to and becomes something you stand in front of. The Total Spectrum MAX is that point. At just over four feet of LED array, it takes in the torso, hips, and thighs in a single position — the large muscle groups that do the day's heavy lifting, and the ones that ask the most of a recovery routine.
It's the panel for people who train, and for people whose bodies simply work hard. Lean it into your routine after a session in the gym or the garden, and let the full Total Spectrum array do its layered work: blue light at the skin's surface, visible red just beneath it, near-infrared traveling down into muscle and joint tissue, and 1064 nm — the longest wavelength in the panel — reaching deepest of all. Seven wavelengths, chosen after RLT Home's evaluation of more than 2,600 human-focused studies, delivered together in every session.
Despite its reach, the MAX keeps the manners of a smaller device. The aluminum housing is slim enough to keep against a wall. The LEDs don't flicker, and electromagnetic output measures at essentially zero from normal use distance. Control is as simple as the rest of the line: presets for skin, recovery, and sleep on the touch panel or wireless remote, and a custom mode when you'd rather set intensity and pulsing yourself. No apps, no subscriptions, no accounts.
Fifteen minutes in front of the MAX is the kind of habit that keeps itself — no setup, no repositioning halfway through, just a broad field of light and the excuse to stand still inside it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the MAX a full-body panel?
Nearly. Its four-foot array covers the torso, hips, and thighs in one position — most of the body, but not quite head-to-toe in a single pass. If you want true full-body coverage in one session, the ULTRA and ELITE are built for exactly that.
Do I stand or sit during a session?
Either. Most people stand in front of the panel to cover the torso and legs at once, but it works just as well beside a chair, bench, or yoga mat — position it with its stand at whatever height suits the session.
How is seven wavelengths different from a standard red light panel?
Most panels carry one or two wavelengths. The MAX layers seven, each reaching a different depth — blue at the skin's surface, visible red just beneath it, near-infrared into muscle and joint tissue, and 1064 nm deepest of all — so a single session covers every layer at once.
How long is a session?
Most people settle into 10–20 minutes per side, a few times per week. The included RLT Home user manual has guidance for specific goals, and the preset modes handle timing for you.
Does a panel this powerful need a special outlet?
No — despite its output, the MAX plugs into any standard household outlet and accepts any voltage from 100 to 240V.
